The strategy conversation nobody had with you before you started dieting.
Fat loss is one of the most-Googled goals and one of the most-lied-to. Bring your questions. Leave with a clearer picture of what your body is actually doing and what to do next.
Metabolic health, in plain English
What insulin resistance, muscle mass, sleep, and stress actually do to weight. Jacqueline breaks down the science without the jargon and shows what actually moves the needle.
The 3 biggest fat-loss mistakes
Undereating protein. Chasing the scale. Losing muscle you'll need later. Jacqueline names the mistakes she sees over and over and what to do instead.
Open Q&A, no sales pitch
Ask anything. Anonymous index cards if you'd rather not raise your hand. You leave with clarity, not pressure. If you want next steps with Jacqueline or DexaFit Central Jersey afterward, we'll point the way.

The scale can't tell you what you're losing. Your body composition can.
DEXA body composition, VO&sub2; Max, and RMR are three measurements that show what's actually changing when you diet, train, or start a GLP-1. How much fat came off. How much muscle stayed on. How much your engine is burning.
We host conversations like this one because we see the numbers behind the strategies every day. Jacqueline brings the nutrition science. We bring the measurements that make progress visible.

Before you RSVP
Yes. No ticket, no fee, no obligation. RSVP just helps us plan seating and refreshments.
Not at all. This evening is open to anyone. You don't need to have done a DEXA, a VO₂ Max Test, or anything else with us to come.
This is a group roundtable and Q&A, not a one-on-one consult. Jacqueline won't be building personal plans in the room. If you'd like to work with her afterward, she'll share how.
Everyone is welcome. Jacqueline's practice focuses on women, but the science of metabolic health and body composition applies to any body.
Please do. RSVP each guest separately so we have a head count for seating and refreshments.
To keep the Q&A genuinely open and private, the session itself isn't recorded. Highlights and follow-up resources will be shared with everyone who RSVPs.
Just reply to the confirmation email and let us know. No penalty, ever.
