Midlife isn't a malfunction. It's a transition. You deserve answers.
A free, women-to-women info session and Q&A on menopause, perimenopause, and the body changes nobody warned you about. Led by Dr. Angela Glasnapp, MD of Prime Women's Health and Wellness. Hosted inside DexaFit Central Jersey.
Free to attend · Light refreshments · Bring a friend
An honest conversation about the half of life nobody briefs you on.
Hot flashes. Brain fog. Sleep that stopped working. Body composition that quietly shifted. Bone density you can't see and don't think about. Bring the questions you've been told are "just normal."
Real talk about what's changing
Hormones, mood, sleep, weight, muscle, and bone. Dr. Angela walks through what's happening biologically and why so many women feel dismissed when they bring it up.
Open Q&A, women to women
Ask anything. Anonymous index cards available if you'd rather not raise your hand. No question is too specific, too embarrassing, or too small.
Information first, no sales pitch
You leave with clarity, not pressure. If you want to explore next steps with Dr. Angela or with DexaFit Central Jersey afterward, we'll point the way.

Prime Women's Health and Wellness
The symptoms are felt. The numbers are measurable.
DEXA body composition, bone density, VO₂ Max, and RMR are four measurements that map what midlife is actually doing to a woman's body. Fat distribution shifts. Lean mass quietly slips. Bone density changes in ways you can't feel until it matters.
We host conversations like this one because we see the numbers behind the symptoms every day. Dr. Angela brings the clinical context. We bring the measurements that make change visible.

Before you RSVP
Yes. No ticket, no fee, no obligation. RSVP just helps us plan seating and refreshments.
Not at all. This evening is open to anyone. You don't need to have done a DEXA, a VO₂ Max Test, or anything else with us to come.
This is an information session and group Q&A, not a clinical visit. Dr. Angela won't be providing individual medical advice in the room. If you'd like to follow up with her practice afterward, she'll share how.
Please do. RSVP each guest separately so we have a head count for seating and refreshments.
To keep the Q&A genuinely open and private, the session itself isn't recorded. Highlights and follow-up resources will be shared with everyone who RSVPs.
Just reply to the confirmation email and let us know. No penalty, ever.
